One of the representative festival in Spring of the old castle town, Sendai. You cannot miss out the Sendai Suzume (sparrow) Dance held on Saturday. Welcomes all to join in. In the main festival held on Sunday, the armed warriors and Yamahoko - festival float mounted with a decorative halberd makes a line between the Zelkova trees. At the main street, enjoy the taiko drums and cheers.
