Hapina Nakakecho / Clis Road

Hapina Nakakecho Shopping Arcade and Clis Road is a shopping arcade that stretches from the JR Sendai Staion toward west. It is one of the main street of the Sendai Tanabata festival.
The border of Hapina Nakakecho and Clis Road is where the designs of the road changes. This is from the Yotsuya Irrigation Water path, which was made from the order of Masamune Date, a regional strongman. The image of the castle town is still left here.
